Why Option Print

We do not quote only from an approximate size.

An outer size describes the box. It says nothing about what the stand has to hold, for how long, or how far it has to travel to get there. Those are the things that decide whether it works.

Requirement-first consultation

We ask about the product before we talk about the stand. Height, width, depth, weight, products per shelf, shelf count, usage period and delivery location. It takes a few minutes and it is the difference between a quotation and a guess.

Material recommended against actual use

Sunpack, honeycomb decks or a combination, chosen against the load and the campaign length. Where the load is beyond what board should carry, we say so rather than selling you what we stock.

Weight and shelf capacity evaluated

Weight per product multiplied by products per shelf gives the deck load. That number sets thickness, span and flute direction. It is the calculation most often skipped.

Prototype support

For custom structures and heavier products we build a sample and load it with the real product. A few days at the start removes the risk of finding a problem across hundreds of stores.

In-house UV printing

Printed directly onto the board in our own facility, so colour and schedule stay under our control.

In-house fabrication

Cutting, creasing and forming under the same roof as printing, with no waiting for another factory's capacity.

Bulk production capability

Up to 700 stands a day at full capacity. Completed runs include 10,000 units for ORSL in 15 days and 25,000 units for FDC Electral across a month.

Quality checks before dispatch

Units are checked against the approved sample before anything is packed.

Secure packing

Packed flat and nested, so units arrive in the condition they left in. On long multi-leg routes this matters more than most buyers expect.

Pan-India dispatch

Across 12 to 15 states regularly, with export shipments handled to the USA and Canada.

Clear communication about limitations

If a timeline is not workable, or a material is wrong for the load, we say it during the conversation rather than after the order.

The principle we work to

The sale should come from the customer understanding why the recommendation makes sense, not from repeatedly being told to buy.

Roughly 40 percent of our orders come from clients who have ordered before, and they order at substantially higher volumes than first-time clients. That number shapes how we sell. A first order won on a low quotation and a structure that fails in week three does not produce a second one.

So the conversation stays on what the stand has to do. If the honest answer is that a competitor's material suits your case better, that is a useful thing for you to know and a reasonable thing for us to say.

Volume runs we have completed

What our capacity has actually looked like

These are completed production runs, not projections. They describe what the facility has handled, and they are a reference point rather than a promise on your job. Your timeline is confirmed against your specification and our schedule at the time you order.

How a stand gets made

Six stages, all under one roof

UV printing, CNC cutting, fabrication, finishing, packing and dispatch happen in our own facility. That is what keeps the schedule under our control instead of a vendor's.

1. Product Spec & Requirement Analysis

We analyze product packaging, unit weight, dimensions, shelf count, and retail channel dynamics to determine exact load requirements.

2. Dieline Engineering & Knife Setup

Our production engineering team sets custom precision dielines with load-bearing fold tabs, internal honeycomb reinforcement channels, and high-yield sheet nesting.

3. Physical 1:1 Prototype & Shelf Testing

We manufacture a full-scale working physical sample and test it with your actual product weight over 72 hours to verify zero shelf deflection.

4. Direct High-Speed UV Flatbed Printing

Using industrial multi-channel UV flatbeds (CMYK + White), we print directly onto corona-treated 5mm Sunpack sheets with instant UV lamp curing.

5. High-Precision Digital CNC Die-Cutting & Creasing

Oscillating knives and creasing wheels cut contours and crease fold lines with 0.1mm repeatability, ensuring crack-free folds.

6. In-House Assembly QA, Flat-Packing & Pan-India Dispatch

Each batch undergoes QA checks for flute alignment, crease integrity, fold lock firmness, and flat-pack nesting into 5-ply export master cartons dispatched across 15+ Indian states.

State-of-the-art Infrastructure

Advanced In-House Manufacturing Machinery

By owning every step of the production pipeline—from high-definition direct UV flatbed printing to optical CNC knife routing—we ensure millimetre accuracy, razor-sharp brand colours, and zero reliance on third-party jobbers.

Send the requirement and see the difference in the questions.

You will be asked about weight, shelf quantity and campaign length before you are given a number. That is the whole point.
