Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
This site does not collect or store form submissions. The enquiry forms compose a WhatsApp or email message that you send yourself, so your details go directly to Option Print and are not held on this website.
Privacy requests and contact
To ask what information we hold about an enquiry, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, contact us using the details below and mention “privacy request” in your message.
Who we are
Option Print is a display stand manufacturing business based in Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through this website or the messaging channels linked from it.
Information you give us directly
When you send an enquiry through WhatsApp, email or a phone call, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, company, phone number, email address, city and a description of your requirement, along with any product photographs, artwork or specification files you attach.
We use that information for one purpose: to understand your requirement, prepare a recommendation or quotation, and carry out the order if you place one. We also keep it as a record of the enquiry so a repeat order does not have to start from scratch.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the hosting service that serves these pages records standard technical information such as the requesting IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and for understanding which pages are read.
If website analytics is configured on this domain in future, this section will be updated to name the service and describe what it collects. As of the last update above, no analytics or advertising tracking scripts are loaded by these pages.
Cookies
These pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what the hosting platform requires to serve the site.
Third-party services
The enquiry buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your own email application. When you use them, your message and phone number are handled by those services under their own privacy terms, not ours. We do not control what WhatsApp or your email provider retains.
Files you send us for production — artwork, logos, specification sheets — are stored on our own systems and shared only with the people involved in producing your order.
How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence and order records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for business and statutory record-keeping. If you ask us to delete an enquiry record, we will do so unless we are required to retain it for tax or legal reasons.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Details may be shared with transporters and couriers where that is necessary to deliver your consignment, and with our accountants or statutory authorities where the law requires it.
Confidentiality of your artwork and designs
Artwork, brand assets and product information you send us for a quotation or an order are treated as confidential. We do not publish photographs of a project on this website or on social media if you tell us not to, and we withhold client names and commercial details in our published work unless we have permission to name them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what enquiry information we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us not to contact you again, and we will remove you from any follow-up.
Because no data is submitted to or stored by this website itself, there is no website account to close or password to manage.
Changes to this policy
If we add a contact form backend, analytics, or any tracking to this site, this policy will be updated before those changes go live, and the date at the top of the page will change.
