How we work
We do not quote only from an approximate size.
An outer size tells us almost nothing about whether a stand will still be standing in week six. What the shelves carry, how often they are refilled and how long the campaign runs tell us everything.
This page explains what we actually do between your enquiry and a packed consignment — including where we will tell you something is not advisable.

Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the stand type, size and whether a new structure has to be developed. Small counter units are viable at lower quantities than large floor stands, because tooling and set-up are spread across the run. Share the stand type and quantity you have in mind and we will tell you whether it is workable.
What details are required for an accurate quotation?
Product height, width, depth and weight; how many products go on each shelf and whether there is a back row; number of shelves; required stand quantity; indoor or outdoor placement; how long the stand must last; and the delivery location. With those we can quote a structure instead of guessing from an outer size.
Can you create a prototype before bulk production?
Yes. We build a physical sample so you can load your actual product and check shelf height, fit and stability. Prototype timelines and cost depend on size and structure.
Can Sunpack stands hold heavy products?
Sunpack can carry meaningful weight when the sheet thickness, shelf span and internal supports are designed for it. The limit is set by the load per shelf, not by the material alone. If the weight is beyond what the structure can safely hold, we will say so and suggest a different material or a different shelf plan.
Are Sunpack stands waterproof?
The Sunpack board itself is water resistant and does not soften like paper board when it gets damp, which is why it suits humid stores and wash-down areas. Printed surfaces and assembled joints still need reasonable handling, and long direct sun or rain exposure is a separate question — tell us where the stand will be placed.
Can the stands be folded for transportation?
Most of our floor and counter units are designed to fold or flat-pack, which reduces freight volume and damage in transit. Some custom structures are fixed by design — we will tell you which applies to your unit.
Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes. We manufacture in Mumbai and dispatch across India, to a single warehouse or to multiple retail locations. Freight cost and timeline depend on the destination, quantity and packed volume.
Can you match our brand colours?
We print in-house on UV machines and work from your artwork files and colour references. Reproduction on Sunpack board is close but not identical to a coated paper proof, so for critical colours we recommend checking the printed sample before the bulk run.
What is the typical production timeline?
It depends on quantity, structure and whether a prototype round is needed. A repeat order of an approved structure moves faster than a new design. We give a date commitment once the structure and quantity are confirmed.
Can the design be changed after sample approval?
Small artwork corrections are usually manageable before the print run starts. Structural changes after approval mean re-cutting and re-checking, which affects both timeline and cost — so it is better to load your real product into the sample and confirm everything at that stage.
Which is better: Sunpack or cardboard?
Neither is better in every case. Cardboard can be cheaper at high quantities for short dry-indoor promotions. Sunpack is water resistant, holds shape longer and can be reused, which matters for multi-location campaigns and longer placements. The right answer follows from your product weight, placement and usage period.
Do you provide stand design support?
Yes. We design the structure and the print layout from your product details and artwork. If you already have a design, we review it for shelf strength, fold pattern and print suitability before production.
